因為最近頻繁在大安出沒，
把附近都快吃膩了，近期卻意外發現，
四維路170巷，竟然有一堆店家可以嘗試，
而且在這光牛肉麵就有三家，且一家分數比一家高，
今天便選了一家嘗試。
點餐的方式很簡單，先選你要幾種配料的麵，
接下來選湯頭，最後選麵條，
店家還提供乾拌可以選擇，
最後你還可以點個小菜搭個飲料。
川渝味 牛雙味麵 230 元
一入口的鮮味與清甜，有點嚇到我，
它跳脫了我對於牛肉麵的印象，
湯頭味道很足，但卻非常清爽，
麵條口感很棒，味道也都有帶上，
牛筋透到一咬即散，保持一點q彈，
牛肉則稍稍有一點點乾，可惜了，
但還是讓我覺得是一碗好吃的牛肉麵，
而且是有點不同其他地方，或想像的牛肉麵，
朋友點紅燒番茄，
我覺得加了一點番茄味道會更豐富，我更喜歡。
蘋果梅友苦 60 元
胡麻小松菜 60 元
小菜我覺得也滿值得點的，
苦瓜清甜不會太苦，
搭上一點蘋果香氣，梅子微酸，
小松菜脆口，胡麻醬香，調味我覺得也不錯。
結論：
我覺得是一家吃了有印象，滿喜歡的店家，
我覺得值得一訪。
